The Eugene Otto Memorial Fund is designed to provide small-member, local churches with funding for a variety of ministry needs. Mrs. Vivian Otto, the driving force behind the establishment of this Fund, served the District for 10 years as a Program Director. It was in that capacity that she identified the need for funding, most notably for supplies and programming.Individual churches within the Greater Washington and Central Maryland Districts, with combined worship and Sunday school attendance of 250 or less, are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to new ministries and programs that help to connect the church with the surrounding community.
