Strawbridge Shrine examines how history shapes the future: The Strawbridge Shrine Association will hold its annual gathering Saturday, Oct. 27, at New Hope (Old Bethel) UMC, outside of New Windsor. A panel, featuring Delores Martin, Rev. Doug Tzan and John Strawbridge, will share their thoughts how the legacy of Robert and Elizabeth Strawbridge shape the church's way forward. No reservations are required for this free meeting, which begins at 9:30 a.m. But you will need an advance registration if you plan to stay for the luncheon. For more information, call the Rev.
